Questions for wrong real estate ad
Dear All,
I am buying a single family home in Maryland. From the ad, it states "Newer 2-HVACs". However, when we did the inspection, we found 1 HAVC is "newer", but another one is the original (never been replaced since 2004 the house was built, about 5 yrs life time left). Inspection report does not reflect the wrong ad. I wonder as a buyer how I should negotiate with seller about the wrong info. At the worst case, can I not to buy this property? Any suggestion would be appreciated!
Thanks,
Ken
