hi @Vladimir Gonzalez  - generally speaking you can look online at the county clerk  records in the county which the property is located if you know the owners name or the physical address of the property.

@Geode Pratt  I believe the law states that you need to provide the accounting within 30 days of being provided a forwarding address but I always provide within 30 days anyway by sending the accounting buy  certified and regular mail to any known address

I don't do driving for dollars but I always thought if I did I would run addresses through records to make sure I was mailing the owner.You might get 1 out of 50 offers accepted so keep on the grind.

Now if the loan feel out somewhere else or if the house wasn't up to fannie, fha, va, usda or freddies standards it should be addressed in the sales contract.
