This kind of service  helps owners with the advertisement(s) of their vacation rental property as well as handling all communications with travelers before, during & after their stay, handles payment schedules, send rental agreements, communicate with the housekeeping/maintenance staff and follow up with the guests to request that they submit a review of their stay at your property.

@Margot BaldwinAs mentioned earlier, you are leaving a lot of information out for people to make an informed decision.i am not even sure how people are already commenting that you are in a great position without knowing all the facts.If we are talking about retirement, at the very least, we would need information such as the living expenses that you plan to spend on a yearly basis(living, food, entertainment, gym, travel, etc).Rental income of $5,300 a month appears to be gross.

Apartments- New kitchen layout, moved laundry into each unit, updated bathrooms, new windows (curb appeal), updated paint and flooring, turned the laundry room into the 12 unit.AirBNB- changed usage on the main level from office to 2 unit AirBNB.Office building- removed drop ceilings to add 3 foot ceiling height to make the space seem larger with more natural light.

Traveling professors, students, parents, nurses, patients, patient families all have a need for short term furnished rentals.

The fact that they have to pay for gas to heat up the water helps stop over usage.

Most anyone can pick a paint color and some wood floors...I’m talking about someone who can look at an existing floor plan and completely reconfigure the space while keeping codes, traffic flow, space usage, etc in mind.

Short term rentals are not allowed in Thornton (except rooms within your primary) but you might be able to get your premium by renting as a furnished rental to traveling nurses (as long as the lease term is over 30 days as per Thornton STR regulations) or some other similar "outside the box" strategy.
