Hello BP community!! My family and I live in the small town of Eatonville, WA. Our goal is to start with a single family rental, maybe a duplex, within the next 6 months - year. We like the idea of the BRRRR method, and may work into that down the road. Our long-term goal is to have multiple units that allows us to invest full-time, retire early and travel as a family. I look forward to connecting with this community and learning from the resources BP has to offer.
