@Tina O.Great goal for certain, however if cash flow is your ultimate goal, perhaps you should approach it a bit slower.Live on nothing, pay down your debt, and in a short time it will start to snowball.

I doubt that Senators and Congressmen can survive a re-election supporting a policy that allows for their constituents to be thrown out on the streets.Most Section 8 agencies are run at the state level with funding from the Feds - it will take some time (at least two years) before the dust settles if it does happen....but I doubt it will happen.....but as with any law, the courts have to evaluate the legislative intent. 

Start with the ultimate financial set of goals, and revers engineer back to where you are now from there.  

You can dress these programs up all you want, but ultimately they're just pyramid schemes.

Ultimately, the issue is that you have to have the cash.
