I have a high school senior who plans to attend college about a 1 1/2hours away.

I have a construction background (a few years in trade school, as well as working for a remodeling company) and would like to do as much as the Rehabbing process as I legally can in order to save money. 

I'm guessing the boy isn't going to school if this is happening repeatedly during the day, but again that isn't your problem.  

Issues that go into these decisions includes whether the area has adequate power grid, enough water and sewer services, parking, traffic issues, capacity of schools.

Any tips, schools or advice on where to go or how to get started would be really appreciated.

I thought maybe going old school and making some flyers would help, but with covid restrictions and remote learning I'm not even sure where I can go to post them. 

I then have an hour and a half to do the morning chores and get my kids ready for school, then I workout.

I am also the head coach of the basketball team for the school that i work for. 

If X house sells for this but rent is x... and a comp sells for x, but rent is x...Almost like solving for x in middle school. 10 / x = 5

I try to invest in the areas with good rental markets (employment and good schools).
