The biggest considerations when I added 6 bathrooms in there:-Check if the electrical is up to snuff and will distribute to current code across many residential units, as opposed to when it was used as a factory under limited circumstances.

I would advise you file the eviction notice simply to protect yourself since I do not know your state landlord tenant codes and suspect you have not bothered to learn them either.Before you attempt to rent it again I suggest you take the time first to learn the laws, learn how to properly screen tenants and learn how to operate your business.

In looking at the Las Vegas options, I see condos in the 89052 zip code seem to bring a little higher rents and by doing a quick Google of the zip code it also seems like a pretty good part of Henderson.
