It has been filled with surprises, challenges, and riddles so maybe this will help you from making some of my mistakes.

I've probably made a lot of mistakes in this process that I can avoid in the future.

I jumped into real estate feet first and my have a made a mistake or 4 in the first month.

I realize any mistake I make on this could effect my family for generations.  

I think they would tell me its a mistake but I don't think it would be a big loss considering the margins. 3) you said "We coordinate all our activities to insure the acquisition and renovation services run smoothly in a seamless process."  

The mistake I see people make is not buying in the right areas.

My concern is there is a mortgage release on the property that I can see from the paperwork is a mistake but I don't know how to fix it. 

Hello all,I made a mistake and rented to a mother and two kids that are literally off the charts with their noise levels.  

Use the cash to control some rental properties first.I've done tens of thousands of deals and the one where I made the biggest mistakes was my last primary residence.Get yourself on a slow consistent mailer schedule where you are reviewing at least 10 deals per weekend.  

But I figured that I had gained some experience and learnt from some mistakes I made (un-calculated expenses, etc.) so the 8 000$ in profit was just a bonus.
