Hi all, my name is Carlos. I go by Trey. 

I have been a Bigger Pockets member for 5 months. I jumped into real estate feet first and my have a made a mistake or 4 in the first month. I started my career getting a property under contract back in April. I had a buyer approach me 8 days after I gained control over the property. 

The whole process in getting it sold was a much slower matter. I think I'll write about that in a blog later. 

Finally the closing date for the property is August 27th. Two days from today. 

I want nothing more than to make real estate investing my sole career.
