The tools for the most part are not real helpful it seems the brokers work deals with services based on budget not functionality and you still have to pay for them particularly.

St Pete Utilities was much more difficult to work with (lacking customer service skills), but went very smoothly after talking to the right person (I got the feeling that the first level customer service was just trying to delay me so she didn't have to do the work).
