Wow some fight.Like cowboys in a Saloon Brawl.Replace the windows ASAP--letting the renter go without windows may not look good if you have to go to court.File a police report and ask them to include the statements of the people who have knowledge of how the windows broke, and get a copy of that report--it's your property.If you don't want her to continue as your renter, others above have outlined some things you could try.Most people have been mad at someone before, and most do not break 3 windows because of it.
