While most of the flip was cosmetic (paint, floors, doors, countertops, appliances, etc) we did enclose the garage.

HVAC or appliances need to be replaced, the HOA has an assessment, the HOA increases its annual fee or your insurance/property taxes increase.

Hello @Sandy Keller, In my opinion, it depends on how old the appliances are.

What happens when the hvac, roof, hot water heater, appliances, etc fail.

I learned how to do plumbing, carpetting, sanding, painting, demolision, woodwork, basic HVAC, installation of appliances, and basic electrical work.
