It was the only house I could afford at the time

I found this deal through my realtor CJ Churchill in Columbus, OH. He did most of the heavy lifting I just complained about issues I didn't know how to address.

I purchased this home through FHA Loan for first time homebuyers

How did you add value to the deal?

I had to add appliances to the property , repaired a fence, cut down and trimmed a couple trees. in the process of adding some curb appeal and half bath in the basement

What was the outcome?

It is currently an airbnb that performs well for the area that its in.

biggest challenge is that I want to refinance this property but having trouble finding the right lender
