For example, a General contractor will have a great advantage in terms of estimating repairs and getting good pricing from all trades which might lead to him or her being able to better identify the deal amongst all the duds.I am so grateful I found this forum, I have learned more here in the past month then I have in the previous 6 months.BP rocks :D

A new company will not have any credit or assets so it will be very hard if not impossible to get that to work.You can start to establish credit by going to home depot / office max / staples etc...and opening up trade lines of credit for your business - that way you are at least building - they report the Dunn & Bradstreet so you want to find other companies that do that and start to build your business credit.

I trade on technicals, so I only buy stocks when they're jammed up against a wall - either support or resistance depending on whether I'm buying or shorting.For example, I sold short GPS (The Gap) at $18.63 today.
