The appeal of a tiny home depends on personal taste and life need (Google "med cottage").

Quality pictures: With today’s technology, you do not need to hire a professional photographer unless you are appealing to the high-end executive rental market or you are competing with vacation rentals that will be using the same pictures over and over again.

In this case, the first lender's whiny attitude and emotional appeal that I'm taking food out of his kids' mouths doesn't sit well with me at all. 

At this point I would say I know nothing other than it’s a dream of mine and I am generally passionate about homes and making them as appealing as possible... lol...

My question is, does anyone think this would be an appealing/attractive offer to agents to bring buyers by? 

Plus you have very strong lobby in the thousand Friends of Oregon.. who watch every land use application usually will appeal to LUBA.. 

It's seems that going into the deal with 20%+ equity in the deal, also knowing I'm going refinance the loan shortly after, would be appealing to a lender? 

Sometimes appealing to their primal and protective instincts can work wonders on people.

Keep it simple & appealing to the masses with products that stand up to constant abuse.

Updated flooring; painted exterior to make more appealing and cemented a portion of the front instead of patchy grass.
