Hi all, for many years I have thought about flipping homes and with my son getting older it is starting to feel like the right time to pursue such an endeavor. At this point I would say I know nothing other than it’s a dream of mine and I am generally passionate about homes and making them as appealing as possible... lol... I realize that there is so much knowledge that goes into being successful at something like this and would love if some of you could share the best places to get started on learning the basics.
