What someone could do is open their own lines of credit to my local vendor and assign me as authorized representatives, then simply pluck me out when the project is done, since all the materials are delivered directly to site and there is only one jobsite (set authorized reps can't add sites and no will calls), it assures the owner that no materials are diverted, if they are, it falls under theft and CGL will cover it once claims filed.
