If there are bigger rental management companies around give them a call and ask who their clients use or who they recommend.Also, on a side note, I would suggest using a CPA rather than an accountant- even if you find an accountant who has done tax returns for investors.

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but could someone explain to me how using a trust to assign beneficial interest in a property to an LLC, which you are a member of, would move you into Commercial lending territory?

Tenants generally aren't legal experts nor do they want to waste their own time at a LTB tribunal (of course there are exceptions to this) so if you can offer some type of compensation or assistance in finding new placements, and treat them with respect throughout the process you may find it easier than using a more combative strictly legal approach.Good luck!

Laminate flooring isn't the most difficult DIY project by a long shot, but if you're apprehensive about removing baseboards, using a power saw, etc., this may not be the best project to start with.
