Hello I have already purchased a property. I would like to fix it up and rent it out. I paid cash so there is no mortgage or leans on the house. My dilemma is that I do not have the funds to rehab the house. Does anyone know which direction I should go to get funding for the rehab work. Is a conventional bank the best approach? What about hard money lenders , anyone had any good or bad experience with them? Has anyone got money from them with bad credit? Just looking for some good Real Estate investor’s advise.
