Also i found a dead mouse on the 2 by 4, it was dried out so not sure if that was contributing to the smell.

Condo construction has been stifled due to some laws and aggressive law firms that are (in my personal opinion) very trigger happy suing builders for defects.  

Because if you're just looking at a bunch of houses and won't pull the trigger on anything.

This year has been pretty dry for me as well.

It's not as commonly known as traditional buy & hold / flips / wholesaling, so learning about it isn't as cut & dried, but being in Miami you're in a good spot to dabble in that channel. 

Get your ducks in a row as far as financing so that you are ready to pull the trigger when the deal comes along. 

Have some money set aside, but like many newbies launching out and pulling the trigger can be overwhelming.
