I'll keep everyone posted - as of right now (2 weeks after signing up), I have only received one lead, which I foolishly have not followed up on yet, but I plan to today.

Let me know if my numbers are correct, I run a call center for Real Estate so I look at these kinds of numbers all the time.

I would have assumed we would start the eviction process on the 5th after they missed rent for a second month, so we have the option to remove them as fast as possible if they continue to not pay.
