Household formation is on the rise and inventory is in short supply, not sitting vacant in most areas where the funds were most active. 

Home in the area are in extreme short supply.  

I recently saw 50 unit building where HW was supplied by the building.

The smart ones will insist on verifying information supplied to them.A Lonnie Dealer with lousy credit is a real risk to the community owner for many reasons.

Or smoking a hooka. 

Every house sale has a different story, but supply seems ridiculously tight.

Might have to build some berms or trenches, but again, pretty easy fix, a day of labor and some minor supplies.  

It seems that the county doesn't supply that information, so even when you search by square footage, it shows the overwhelming majority of the results as 1 unit, even though they are 4000 square feet or more.
