all states have training schools  try Pro schools they tend to be all over the place.Keep in mind its 75% federal test 25% state.. and if you have not worked in the conventional FHA VA type mortgage field its a pretty tough test for us HML ers..

Maybe they are far away from work or the neighborhood doesn't have what we need with school zones OR WHATEVER. 

It is like taking a test and school with no idea of what the correct answer may be.

Depending on your rental, how nice it is, proximity of schools/parks as well as crime rate, you can make a fair estimate.
