We have our PM staff grade their owners on an A - D scale (That could be bad owner, bad property or combination).

If in city limits you need to confirm that these lots are allowed to have manufactured homes on them.  

If you want to scale it that big I don't think you can work full time and do this on the side.

I think there's parts of the town that I would not consider, and there's also areas that are somewhat up-scale but not in our disred price range.
