My idea is to hold on to the properties for a while with an eye towards keeping one or two for additional income while in retirement...unless I make enough money between now and then, that I don’t have to worry about it!

I've recently set up a Private Mortgage Lending company, loosely based on Alan Cowgill's course and have done a luncheon which has attracted a handful of mostly retired folks who like the idea of getting 8% on their idle cash.
