Stephen always promotes acting as unlicensed brokers but not once have I seen him talk about operating honestly and either keeping your word and CLOSING or assigning. 

I suspect this is why the unlicensed brokers promote their activities so strongly.

That is exactly what is wrong with most of the yahoos promoting brokering without a license.
