Wholesaling in Florida

I am just learning about wholesaling and want to "drive for dollars" and give it a try. Is it legal in Florida without a realtors license? And do I need a pre qual letter to show proof of funds? If so will a hard lender give me one?

I would never scam anyone. I am not that person, I intend on assigning it! If not then flipping it myself. I am pretty smart and it would only be s great deal. However, I'm just trying to learn the process. I am learning how all the methods work. Looking for mentors and guidance from you professionals. I am a Christian and a Registeted Nurse. I have spent the last 30 years helping the sick and raising three kids alone. I am smart enough to do this. I just finished the book Rich dad poor dad, and am sold on the concept. Looking for your advice not to scam. 😊
