Mold Issue

I have one condo rental property. One tenant complained that there is mold around A/C unit. It was very cleaned when I inspected three weeks ago. I guess he open the window alot in this humid weather so it happened. I am wondering who I should contact to clean this mold. A/C guy or mold guy or home warranty guy( i am not sure if they cover cleaning mold) or home insurance(i am worrying if i call home insurance, it make me hard time to sell out this property in the future.) Please let me know what you will do if this is your situation. Thanks in advance.

Stop calling this mold.  It's mildew from humidity.  Go over, spray some bleach water/hydrogen peroxide (or, if you wish, spend extra money on "mold remover spray" from Lowes/Home Depot) and take care of this.

It REALLY is time that landlords stop worrying so much about mildew.
