Reference the Bexar county property, I suspect that it will have to go through the auction process before the Tax office would entertain a discount in the taxes owed.

Furthermore, I thought that this would be public information, since I'm only asking for what is freely available on the web already--except I'm asking for a single giant spreadsheet, instead of just a handful of records at a time (on the web, most assessor's allow you to search, but you can only get a few dozen results at at time).However, so far I haven't had any luck with getting this information from the assessor's offices.

There are some that are currently rented out even now.There is a beautiful 3/2 6000 sq ft home that sits on a hill, and you can see it from the Highway.Also a 2/1 living quarters with a private office, is inside the barn.It does have 2 Show areas, with a judge tower and spectator seating as well.As you can see, there are quite a few streams of income for an investment property.

Hello Everyone,I received this message a while back from Aaron Junck, another Sioux Falls investor that has been active on BP.Mike, Our REIA meetings are the 3rd thursday of each month at 630 pm at the Keller Williams Realty office just behind 69th and western on the northwest corner.We have another REIA group that meets the 3rd saturday of each month at 9am at premos tax on 26th and marion.I am currently in the process of trying to combine the two groups but have nothing set in stone yet.I went to one meeting and it was informative but I have not been able to get back to another one yet.He also provided a link to one of the REIA websites.
