I AM SO ANXIOUS IN GETTING STARTED AND CONTACTED PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF THE HOME TO GET A WHOLESALE DEAL IN PLACE, BUT WHEN I FIND OUT WHO HAS BEEN PAYING THE TAXES ON IT MY SEARCH COMES TO A STOP. I TRIED TO GOOGLE PEOPLE, I TRIED SPOKEO, FAMILYTREENOW BUT I RARELY CAN GET ANY CONTACT INFORMATION, NOT EVEN A NEXT OF KIN. I WAS THINKING ABOUT SKIP TRACING BUT SOME WANT 300-500 DOLLARS I AM STILL NEW AND STILL BROKE FOR NOW IF ANY ONE HAS ANY INFORMATION PLEASE FEEL FREE TO COMMENT. I ALSO DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE MLS

You should check into a new Caps Lock key. I think yours is broken.

Wanting knowledge is one step closer but you can see no one is going to spoon feed you. Search around on the site. There are likely thousands of threads, articles, and blog posts that can help you figure out methods to research leads. Do some learning online and get a library card if you don't have one and check out some books on the subject. Look into REI meetups in your area and go start networking.

I have found almost no one that recommends trying to do anything, even wholesaling, without having enough money to operate their business.

Best of luck and happy investing.
