For something less urgent, they should still get a same day response letting them know exactly when someone will be out, and again someone capable should show up on time and fix the issue the right way the first time.

I do know I am capable of doing this in the long run, I just want my first STR to solidify a foundation for many more STRs to come!

DSCR loans offer this capability however it is a much higher lending requirement.

Only thing in abundance in Las Vegas is gamblers.TerryRaiders add to the over all economy for sure but remember its only 8 home games and 2 pre season games and maybe 100 or so employees and not all the players will buy in vegas  Silicon Valley is its own animal ergo 2 million dollar homes that in most parts of the country would not sell for much over 100k. if that in some rural areas. 

It's a little pricey and not particularly intuitive - there is a learning curve for sure in order to really take advantage of their capabilities.

Strata has been the big player their for a while, but many other carriers are coming in more competitive lately.

@Derek Stalhut I used my local title company for this that had in-house capability for that.

That means the court needs to recognize he is not capable, which based on what you say it seems he is not. 

There are some deals to be had but it’s all about your network because there are a couple large players in the area that like to gobble it all up.Most of the rentals we manage are folks who are renting out the house they’ve been living in for years or maybe their parents have.
