Notre Dame has been investing in a new project called "Ignition Park" which is in short a technology park that is going to generate a lot of jobs as well as a demand for housing.  

In my opinion find a good local company where you can see their operation up close but big enough to have the important technologies and processes down pat.

Currently working on updating this 1998 home to have a more modern feel to it.

I like fairly modern (mid century or later) built-as multifamily properties that are functioning but value add.  

You can find an older home with white subway tile and make it feel modern again without doing a major makeover.
