Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm originally from New York (Westchester County), now residing in Orlando for almost a year.

I just closed on my primary residence a month ago and want to position myself to get into the rental market down here, as I see a lot of potential. I'm hoping to learn as much as I can from the forums and network with other members.
