Are there any certain sites you know to be legit and very successful?

And I understand where that frustration comes from and it comes from mainly wannabe investors that spent a ton of money on some BS GURU course, and even if it was legit, these wannabes then try to take shortcuts, as I hope these "guru" courses are not promoting that people try to sell property they don't own.I completely agree that nobody should be trying to sell something they don't control.

If this is all legit then they are trusting you with like 800k of equity and they pay rent while you hold their equity?

Are you looking for confirmation that they are a legit company? 

I agree w/ Aaron, Craig at the Norris Group is legit, and has two different type of programs, "flip", and "buy & hold" money

I feel it's usually the legit PM that knows who they want to deal with and who they don't (some don't like to be bothered with what a client feels are "legit concerns")You also get what you pay for.Don't forget - do not judge a book by its cover.

Also - another personal funny moment - I love that our society says you can blow money at the casino with equity in your home, but don't you date invest it lol. 

I'm wondering if any of you wholesale experts can offer insights on how to find a legit buyer.Here is what I've done so far that seems to be creating leads- post on Backpage- post on Craigslist- Post on Postlets- Post on TruliaAre there any other great resources that you've used to create great buyer leads for your wholesale contracts that I might be missing?

Now we have no clue how to go about doing this to make it legit, legal and profitable for everyone involved.
