Didn’t meet the two back tenets but again the walk through and the inspection didn’t show any major problems.So my loan guy tells me today that the appraiser might label the property C5, which from what I understand is about as bad as a 10 mile wide asteroid hitting the earth as far as getting a loan approved.

the incredible thing i found is that in an area called sugarland... you can buy a house zoned to nationally ranked schools for say 200k-300k and basically be paying 1400 a month mort/propertytax/etc and live in a HOUSE in a great place.
