I have compared this property to 2 properties I currently have and although the returns are not as good on the quad by the airport the number are starting to get close enough to take a closer look.  

At the end of the day, you can access our podcasts at http://www.biggerpockets.com/podcast on our YouTube Channel (not quite all have been uploaded, but we're getting closer), and via Stitcher / SoundCloud.I hope we'll see iTunes share the rest of our shows again at some point, but I don't have any idea if/when that'll happen.

Levittown or closer to where you live?

Unfortunately, they took a higher offer closer to asking.

I've started looking a little closer to the county lines - not sure whether flip OR rent will work for a bit in Baltimore City for a few months or more.  

Isn't true what they say, that making goals public brings you closer to realizing what you want? 

Looking at comps we shouldn't have to pay full asking price and the CAP rate is closer to 7.5%.I plan to work full time at my job I currently have and my wife could keep working part-time until our next child is due this winter.

I may be able to drag my friends and family along, but would prefer to come to another one you guys have, or meet up closer to San Bernardino.  

She will probably say no, but hey it generally takes 20 no's to get to a yes so you will be one no closer!
