I have compared this property to 2 properties I currently have and although the returns are not as good on the quad by the airport the number are starting to get close enough to take a closer look.

At the end of the day, you can access our podcasts at http://www.biggerpockets.com/podcast on our YouTube Channel (not quite all have been uploaded, but we're getting closer), and via Stitcher / SoundCloud.I hope we'll see iTunes share the rest of our shows again at some point, but I don't have any idea if/when that'll happen.

Looking at comps we shouldn't have to pay full asking price and the CAP rate is closer to 7.5%.I plan to work full time at my job I currently have and my wife could keep working part-time until our next child is due this winter.
