I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts on searching for a rental in one of these areas and the methodology she should be using to find a place.

I’ve became abscessed with searching for property on the Internet keeping all the criteria in my head that I have learned.

The county office suggests that you do a title search.

Full title search will be complete tomorrow so I'll know if there are any more liens to cover.  

Instead of finding a buyer, I decided this would be my chance to start flipping and I aggressively started searching for a hard money lender.

I am assuming everything except gas but I am unsure and can’t find an answer on google.

This is also a topic of frequent discussion, I suggest you search the forum for related keywords and results will keep you busy reading for hours...As you read you will see who the real players are, do little due diligence, review their references and then contact 2 or 3 to speak directly, then make your choice.

.- you can google hard money lender and they will pop up if you want to go that way.There are tons of others, there are a lot of resources on the site and books that go into depth like the ultimate guide BP puts out.Good luck!!

At or after the auction you need to do a title search and understand what other liens and encumberances might be attached to the property.
