Trying to make that my firs investment. Frozen and Terrified
After reading David Green’s book on long-distance real estate investment I’ve been on fire. I listen to BiggerPockets every day several times a day. I’ve became abscessed with searching for property on the Internet keeping all the criteria in my head that I have learned. Finally this morning I found a property that I think fits my needs. I can’t stop thinking about it . What do I do next? I don’t think I could qualify for lending through a traditional lender so I need either private money or a hard money loan. The house is listed at 50,000 I’d like to offer somewhere between 42 and 45. I have about $13,000 of my own money. What should my next step should I try to get it under contract? How would I go about finding private money? Scared stiff, Shelly
