What programs can I still qualify for and any ideas to get the best outcome when trying to buy.

What I've found with the concept of flipping; you'll gain some insight to how all the functions of a house work and then when it comes time to be a landlord, then you know more of what you're getting aside from tenant screening. 

Specifically, how will the supply of money outstrip the demand, when we have record high unemployment and a pretty active mortgage forbearance program? 

Although they have been a lifesaver for me they probably are not what I would use today, however because they are not consumer oriented you have a LOT of control all the way up to locking out the thermostat completely to only follow your programming.

What programs have you used for online rent collection?

Don't sign up for some expensive training program, but do find that grey hair mentor in your town.  

Right now I am in a paid mentorship program but I didn't join that until I gained a clarity and focus of my short and long term goals.
