Can you modify your plans to avoid the full removal? 

My insurance agent tried Allstate but they said all units need to be occupied before they write a policy. 

.- Do your due diligence: you want to make sure the property isn't full of problem tenants or code violations, and the seller is just using the financing to dump their property and problems onto you.Hope that helps!

In general JADU subtract value from the RE and many agents recommend their removal at time of sale.  

Maybe work in the RE business somehow; lending, assistant to an agent, the trades or start your own business like lawncare or landscaping to generate money.

After that it’s “full” rent.

The government for my tenant is paying the full rent amount due to low income.
