@Prakash Bhatta The two most common ways people steal electricity are: 1) by tampering with the electrical panel and bypassing the meter 2) or by fraudulently establishing service in someone else's name (i.e. identity theft) and then not paying the bill and just running it up until the service is shut off due to non-payment.

I currently have about 100k equity there.2016 capital gains income: 02016 business / gambling income: 25k2017 capital gains income: 152k2017 business / gambling income: 28kChecking account balance: 100k+Credit score: 730Investment property price range 165k - 200k.I can get letter from CPA stating I've been in the same business since 2010.I'm being told they will take either last three years of capital gains or last two years of gambling.

@Timothy Hall finding financing isnt that difficult if you have 20-25% down, good credit and your getting conventional financing. the first thing I would do is make sure you know what a good deal in your area is and analize a lot of properties.
