When a minimum wage employee can afford to buy a million dollar house with zero money down - now that's a big red flag! 

Tyler Carter of NuView IRA just gave a killer presentation on the Solo 401(K) plan, which is something you might be eligible for if you are self-employed and don't have common law employees.  

Make contributions as traditional (tax-deferred) because it affects the amount you need to contribute for your employees but then convert it to Roth within the 401K5.

Or the LLC could hire managers or employees to carry out its actions.I would ignore this background noise about s-corps, trusts, and the very few times LLCs did not protect someone's personal assets because the person was a criminal.Jen the lawyer
