My Regards to the community, I am working in a private firm and really want to secure my future by doing some investments as I can’t be so dependent on my current job forever for all my basic needs. .

I still have the FSA loan approval but they wont hold the funds forever and I am at a loss as of what to do.

I’ve seen some people try selling Some single family homes, but the developer made the lots too small and those homes sat in the market FOREVER because the area it was in had homes with larger lots.

I'll forever be greatful.

Also once you master a skill you have it for ever pretty much. 

running a marathon. 26.2 miles or a 30 year mortgage: both feel like forever.

-not sure- (prepare and develops)For ever skill that you lack preparation will make up for it.

My concern was it was like many other post on Bigger Pockets that are forever out there and you cannot change them or edit them in anyway After the post has been created.Also what level of membership would I have to purchase has in order to post in marketplace?

I get told either the section 8 is slow, or process takes forever or some other issue but regardless anything over 2 months is ridiculous. 

However, one thing I've learned since becoming a realtor and investor is that bad times don't last forever.
