If you filter for say, bedrooms, and a record does not have that data (even though the house most certainly does), it will return a zero.

Also they are extremely helpful on the phone and caught some stupid mistakes I made.As to marketing to out of state, 50% or more i found that it drastically filters my available houses.

Just curious, but are you still using Michael's recommended filters for Listsource (i.e. - SFR, 3-4 beds, 7 years ago last sale date, 30%-100% equity, No corp, No trust, & running your list thru the NCOA)?
