The parent and child both own the car but the parent doesn't actually pay anything towards it or do anything- and they were just using their status basically to help get the loan.So when that ^ happens with two partners how would that work exactly?

Tell them your intent, the current status on the property, what it is being marketed as, etc.I'm fairly well versed in dealing with City issues in my market but am in the process of dealing with a huge headache regarding the zoning of a guest house at a property I just bought.The City is saying that it cannot be lived in and/or leased as the previous owner never permitted it when it was built.

In my experience, offer submission timing does not matter in cases when property switches from Exclusive (owner occupied) to Extended (Investor eligible) status.
