Regarding the private sewage, my understanding is it is a septic system with a drain field that is located across from the park.

And who knows if I enjoy realest more then my computer job I might decide to do real estate full time.

I work in pharmaceutical sales which affords me a decent pay and flexible schedule and I truly enjoy it so my properties will be passive income which will further support my family.My parents have a college rental at the University of Dayton which does very nice and I like the idea of that model as a fairly safe and reliable source of passive income.

If you don't already have a connection with a realtor in the investment field who can help run those real numbers for you - it might be best to find that connection and take a look at that BEFORE you start your rehab to determine what grade of renovations you need to do in order to hit your target ARV for the property and if it makes sense to flip or hold based on that ROI you'll receive in the end.Best of luck!!

Unfortunately with vacant land a lot of the specific fields are unknown which is why the search came back so low. 

Otherwise, I have a strong customer service background in a variety of fields over the past couple of decades.

On a personal note, my main hobbies are working out, playing guitar or drums, and occasionally hopping on Xbox Live to play with my brother and friends back home in the Mitten.I am an introvert, but I do still enjoy meeting and talking to people. 

In Milwaukee we have a trusted Facebook group that's monitored heavily so that we can weed out the bad contractors, realtors and other pro's in the field.

We both enjoy taking a home and reenvisioning it functionally and aesthetically.
