The first year or two may be sort of lean, but its definitely do-able (at least that's my perspective from the outside looking in), especially if you can live off the money you make tending bar.I wanted to respond to the post to suggest maybe there's another way for you to break into the real estate game.

It's called "setting up rules" or something similar, I think that's what is called in Microsoft Outlook.But, when you use AWeber… You're paying for the convenience of being all set up and ready to go.Anyway, back to strategy and techniques for building a cash buyers list.If anybody has any ideas whether they would be old or new, it would be greatly appreciated.Rob Widmark

Maybe buying a rental property during one of the extreme lows would be a good investment, but I would tend to lean more to the DFW area as a more stable market for long term investment success.And, don't forget, we are currently experiencing a sellers' market here, so if you decide to sell, it shouldn't take too long.
