where is a better rental area,North Texas,Dallas and burbs or Vegas
I will be moving out west, specifically Socal. We live in Plano,Tx. Selling house,100% equity. Looking to buy a rental or 2,cash only. Would like Vegas, will be closer. But is North Texas more viable in keeping the property's rented. Would rent my home, but it's a 4 bedroom with a large pool.
thanks for any replies.
