I would run a marketing campaign targeting every landowner with land that I thought was valuable in Texas.

I'd start a letter campaign or door knocking. 

Hi BP,I want to start my first direct mail marketing campaign in northern NJ, (West New York and Union City) but I am having no luck trying to build the list.  

He's never mentioned any such policy agenda in all of his many campaign speeches.  

Never a bad idea to throw out some testers - run a campaign that's affordable to test ... such as 200-300 different addresses, and mail them each once a month up to 7 times until they either say take me off your list or I already sold. 

did you start with yellow letters and if so how much did you send out on your first campaign?

There seems to be a chicken or the egg dilemma regarding which actions to take first so I'd love to hear any advice (either answers to these questions or other thoughts).Should I use a letter campaign to find motivated sellers?

@Bill Newport One option for new investors is always gonna be gorilla driving for dollars campaigns.

My market here is a sellers market for sure.I dont have the cash to invest in systems or mail campaigns.
