Would attempting to get pre-approved affect my credit score?

The city is attempting to slow development and growth in areas and the combination of this bill, if passed, with the new legislation limiting building roof decks + additional stories, and it will be very interesting to see how this plays out if passed.Would love to hear everyone's thoughts on this.Dan Powers - Real Estate Agent

By all means, still use your dad as a resource, but you mentioned yourself that he's failed at his attempts and it also sounds as though he's a bit unsure as to how to proceed.

Without buyers, you shouldn't even attempt to flip something. 

I'm not an engineer but I don't understand why you would want to attempt it.
